1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DripSwap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DripSwap Technologies™. If you do not agree to every provision explicitly stated here, you must immediately cease using our platform.

2. Content Ownership & Marketing Rights

By uploading, posting, or transmitting any content to DripSwap, you grant DripSwap Technologies™ a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content.

For Influencers and Creators: This explicitly includes our unconditional right to utilize your likeness and content for external advertising and promotional campaigns. You acknowledge that DripSwap Technologies™ owes you no compensation or prior notice for utilizing your content to promote the platform.

3. Platform Fees, Badges & Non-Refundable Payments

To maintain a high-quality marketplace, DripSwap implements various fee structures processed securely via our PesaPal gateway:

• Courier Fee K35, k245 and k500: To initiate a courier service, buyers must pay a K35, k245 or k500 delivery fee. This notifies a DripSwap courier to facilitate a safe exchange.
• Verification Badges: Sellers may purchase Blue or Gold Pro verification badges to signal trust and unlock unlimited selling limits.
• Boosts: Sellers may pay to temporarily increase the visibility of their items or posts.

Strict No-Refund Policy: All payments made to DripSwap Technologies™—including Service Fees, Boosts, and Badge fees—are entirely non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a transaction is authorized, the funds belong to DripSwap Technologies™.

4. Buyer & Seller Protection Protocol

We prioritize the safety of our users by mediating transactions. Upon payment of the K35 Service Fee by the buyer:

1. External contact information (like WhatsApp) remains restricted to enforce platform safety. All negotiations must occur within DripSwap's in-app messaging.
2. DripSwap will dispatch an official courier to a designated safe spot.
3. The buyer will inspect the item/service and pay the actual item cost directly to the courier or seller upon successful delivery.

By utilizing this platform, you agree to comply with DripSwap courier logistics and refrain from attempting to bypass the in-app messaging and service fee protocols.

5. Absolute Disclaimer of Marketplace Liability

DripSwap Technologies™ provides the digital infrastructure to connect buyers and sellers and offers courier mediation. However, we do not own the items being sold. We disclaim any liability regarding the quality, safety, legality, or existence of the items advertised. DripSwap Technologies™ holds zero liability for scams, defective items, or physical harm resulting from platform interactions.

6. Account Termination & Moderation

DripSwap Technologies™ reserves the unilateral right to suspend, shadow-ban, or permanently terminate any user account or business profile at our sole discretion, at any time, for attempting to bypass service fees, taking transactions off-platform, or violating any terms, without prior notice or compensation.
