1. Acceptance of Terms & Regulatory Framework

By accessing, installing, or using DripSwap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DripSwap Technologies Limited. If you do not agree to every provision explicitly stated here, you must immediately cease using our platform.

2. Platform Nature: Logistical & Ticketing Intermediary

DripSwap is a digital infrastructure hub for P2P logistics and event ticketing. DripSwap acts solely as a technical software intermediary pairing independent sellers with independent courier operators, and event attendees with event organizers. DripSwap does not host events, own transport fleets, or manufacture goods; we provide the digital verification layer to facilitate these connections.

3. Event Ticketing & Digital Passes

DripSwap serves as a digital ticketing utility, allowing organizers to issue and attendees to reserve digital event passes.

  • Role of the Pass: A digital pass generated by DripSwap serves as a valid reservation for entry. It is a technical substitute for a physical ticket.
  • Payment at the Door: For events designated as "Pay at Door," DripSwap facilitates the reservation only. The financial settlement for entry occurs physically between the Attendee and the Event Organizer at the venue. DripSwap bears no responsibility for entry disputes, gate access, or payment collection discrepancies at the venue.
  • Organizer Responsibility: Event Organizers are solely responsible for verifying digital passes at the gate, managing venue capacity, and handling all cash/payment transactions collected at the door.
  • Attendee Risk: Attendees acknowledge that reserving a pass via DripSwap does not guarantee entry if the venue reaches legal capacity or if the Event Organizer denies access for venue-specific reasons.

4. Content Ownership & Marketing Rights

By uploading content to DripSwap, you grant DripSwap Technologies Limited a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content to promote the platform.

For Influencers & Creators: You acknowledge that DripSwap may use public profile assets for platform promotion. For major commercial campaigns using your specific primary brand identity, DripSwap will seek a separate mutual agreement; however, for general platform promotion, no prior notice or compensation is owed.

5. Prohibited Content & Sole User Liability

DripSwap maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for prohibited content, including pornography, explicit adult material, illegal/dangerous cargo, graphic violence, or deceptive scams. You are **solely and exclusively responsible** for the legality of your listings, event descriptions, and posts. Any civil, criminal, or regulatory consequences resulting from your content are your personal liability. DripSwap disclaims any structural responsibility for third-party user uploads.

6. Prohibited Items for P2P Delivery

To ensure the safety of our independent couriers and compliance with Zambian law, the following items are strictly prohibited from being transported via the DripSwap platform.

  • Dangerous and Hazardous Materials: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, flammable liquids, corrosive chemicals, and toxic substances.
  • Illegal and Heavily Regulated Goods: Narcotics, illicit drugs, unregistered prescription medications, stolen property, and counterfeit goods.
  • High-Risk Financial Instruments: Bulk cash (fiat currency), bullion, loose precious stones, and bearer bonds.
  • Live Animals and Unpackaged Perishables: Live animals, insects, and raw/unpackaged meat or highly perishable food items lacking standard commercial cold-chain packaging.
  • Obscene or Offensive Material: Any materials prohibited by local law or deemed universally offensive.

User Liability & Right of Refusal:

  • Inspection: DripSwap independent couriers reserve the right to visually inspect any unsealed package before transport to verify compliance with this list.
  • Immediate Termination: Attempting to transport prohibited items will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the DripSwap platform.
  • Indemnification: The Sender assumes full civil and criminal liability for any prohibited items handed to a courier. DripSwap and its network of couriers accept zero liability for the loss, confiscation, or legal consequences of transporting undeclared prohibited goods. We reserve the right to report severe violations to the relevant local authorities.

7. Fees, Passes & Refund Policy

DripSwap services are processed securely through our pawapay gateway:

  • Delivery Passes: Sellers require an active Delivery Pass to request courier pickups. These are valid for unlimited dispatches within the sender's city.
  • Badges & Boosts: Fees for verification badges, Pro status, and visibility boosts are processed in real-time.

Standard No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services, all transactions—including Delivery Passes, profile verifications, and visibility boosts—are generally final and non-refundable once activated.

System Failure Exception: In the rare event of a verified DripSwap server crash, payment gateway timeout, or technical failure where funds are deducted from your mobile money account or card but the digital service (pass, badge, or boost) is not successfully provisioned to your profile, you are entitled to a refund or manual activation. Claims must be reported to DripSwap Support within 48 hours of the transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

DripSwap provides the routing and ticketing architecture but does not control the events or items listed. DripSwap carries zero direct insurance liability for items lost during transit or issues arising from event attendance. In the event of confirmed gross misconduct by a third-party courier or event organizer, DripSwap’s absolute maximum liability is strictly restricted to the value of the active service pass used to initiate the transaction.

9. Unilateral Termination

DripSwap Technologies Limited reserves the unconditional right to suspend, shadow-ban, or delete any account or event listing without prior notice or compensation for violations of these terms, including fee avoidance, fake ticketing, or pornography.
